WHO WE ARE

SEALCO is a full-service asphalt maintenance company. We are based out of north county San Diego and service all of California. Specializing in asphalt, concrete, crack filling, sealcoating, color coatings, striping and we are one of the select few certified applicators of the “Liquid Road” product.

SERVICES

Asphalt seal coating is a process of protecting asphalt surfaces from weathering, water, and UV radiation. It involves applying a layer of liquid sealant over the surface of the asphalt. This process helps to extend the lifespan of the asphalt, prevent water from infiltrating and causing damage, and protect against UV radiation, which can cause the asphalt to dry out and become brittle. Seal coating should be done every few years to maintain the integrity of the asphalt and keep it in good condition.
